We offer the following delivery options but please note that during sale periods and promotions delivery may take longer than usual and our express delivery options may not always be available. Orders placed during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

All UK orders will be shipped by UCS and International via UCS or DHL; Each purchase is insured by us during its time in transit, until it is delivered to you. You can track your parcel by emailing us your order number and we can track it for you or email you a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel.


Rest assured, we are adhering to all appropriate health and hygiene standards in line with guidance from the World Health Organisation.

We are maintaining the highest standards of hygiene at all of our physical locations and ensuring our people only report for work if they are fit and healthy.

Our delivery partners are monitoring the health of their drivers closely; vehicles are disinfected daily and drivers are washing their hands and using hand sanitiser regularly.

During the Covid-19 crisis there may be delays but we will endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For this reason we have extended our delivery promise to within 3-5 working days, but it may get you to quicker than this.


International orders are subject to delays due to custom checks. In the event that we cannot deliver to you within the time specified when placing your order, or an item is out of stock, we will let you know and try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. All new orders are taken as separate and are therefore treated individually.

Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email notifying you of this. This will be our acceptance of your order and this completes the contract between you and us. This will apply regardless of whether, for reasons out of our control, you have not received that email. If we have informed you that your order hasn't been accepted or if you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns policy, we will not dispatch your goods.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest time possible.

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and therefore we handle each query individually and to the best of our ability. Whilst we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund or credit note in compliance with our returns policy.


As we are now closed until further notice because of the Covid-19 crisis, we have extended our returns policy from 28 days to 60 to allow for this disruption.

If you are considering a return?we ask that you hold on to it until further notice. There is no hurry to get it back to us, as we have extended our returns policy to 60 days. You can register your intent to return an item through our online returns portal?and then await further instruction from us when we re-open on?where to send the items back to,?so we can process your?refund.?

We will offer a refund or credit note for all items that are returned to us unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in its original packaging. Any items with any indication of use will not be accepted. In such cases, we will return the item(s) to the purchaser.

Earrings, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.

Any refunds will be re-credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and postal costs.

As we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, we would advise you to return items by registered post.

Please note that the postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.?

International Returns
Please follow the following steps if you are returning item(s) to us from outside of the UK:

Step 1
Fill in the return form that came with your order, including the reason for your return. If an item is faulty please include further details.

Step 2
If you ordered from outside of the EU please also return the Proforma invoice that came with your order. Remember to indicate which item(s) you are returning and complete the returns number.

Please make a note on any export documentation or on the address label that the goods enclosed are returned goods. This will ensure we are not charged any further duty or taxes upon receiving the goods back into the UK. If this procedure is not followed, this cost may be passed onto the customer at out discretion.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Step 3
Please add the following address to the parcel and send back to us via your preferred shipper. We would recommend using a trackable service as returns are shipped at the sender's risk.
